1. Zero data egress from CERA
When you make a copy of CERA into your own Google Drive, all log files, spreadsheet tabs, Apps Script executions, and generated executive decks remain strictly inside your own Google Workspace environment. CERA never transmits your log rows or findings back to cera.tools.
2. Guided one-time copy access on cera.tools
cera.tools verifies your work email via Google Sign-In (or the fallback Google Form if restricted by corporate OAuth policy) solely to grant temporary 5-minute / 1-copy Viewer access on a dedicated CERA sheet. As soon as 1 copy is created (or after 5 minutes), access is automatically revoked.
3. Authorized partner & team work accounts (hub.cera.tools)
Partner and internal team members sign in at hub.cera.tools using their allowlisted corporate work account. We record the creator work email, organization domain, reference code (CR-XXXXXX), and lifecycle timestamps for link governance and audit.
4. Essential security cookies only
We use strictly necessary HTTP-only session cookies on hub.cera.tools and a local theme/language preference. No advertising, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics scripts are used.
